Chakradance is a healing movement practice. Â It's a form of nourishment for your soulful, true self. Â Moving to music specifically created to resonate with each chakra, you are guided into an inner dance of release, re-connection & renewal.
Each session includes free form movement with healing & harmonising music, guided visualisation, meditation and mandala art.
No experience required, dress comfortably and gift yourself some sacred time together with like minded souls.
