Self Love for Mums

So many of us mums are putting everyone around us first, before ourselves, especially our children.

When was the last time you did something for YOU?

How do you create special little self love moments in your life during your busy schedule?

If your unsure or if you’ve never spent time just for you before, but you just know at your core it is needed, this circle of women will help you realize you are not alone!

We are going to discuss ways in which we can hold ourselves accountable for creating self loving moments into our lives together.

One woman’s experience can potentially be another woman’s saviour, which is the core reason women sitting in circle together sharing their own experiences is exactly where we all need to be.

We’ll start with setting an intention for the circle, then we’ll move into a grounding visualisation, after that we’ll dive straight into where each of us are at now (are we creating self love or not currently), then we’ll move into ways in which we can create self love moments and we’ll finish off with how to show our children the importance of self love, to end, we’ll close the circle with an intention for the month ahead and a meditation with sound bowls to finish.
