How to Book

1. Select a class below

2. Select Date & Time

3. Fill out your details

4. Fill out our waiver form

5. Choose a payment option

6. Make payment

7. Click "Complete Your Booking" (pictured below)

PLEASE ENSURE

Please click Complete Your Booking AFTER purchasing a plan, otherwise your class will not be booked!

Check you have received two automated emails from us!

 One payment confirmation email

and

One booking confirmation email.

If a booking confirmation email is not received then you are not booked into class!

How to Cancel / Re-Schedule 
a Booking

COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to the top left corner of website where you will either see “log in” or if you are already logged in you will see “Namaste, your name”. 

2. Ensure you are logged in using the email and password you initially signed up with.

3. Scroll down to “My Bookings”, and here you will see your future classes you are booked into

4. To Re-Schedule, click on "Re-Schedule" and follow the prompts.

5. To Cancel, click on the small down arrow on the right of the booking and click on "cancel". 

 

'FIT BY WIX' APP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to the small profile image at very top left

2. Click on your name as it pops up

3. Click on “My Activities” tab

 4. Click on “Bookings”, you will see your future class bookings

5. Click on the three dots to the right "..." 

6. Click on "Cancel Booking"

CLASS CREDITS

All cancelations made prior to 2 hours of any class start time will automatically receive a credit within your account to use for your next booking.  Our cancelation policy states "No refunds/credits for any cancelations of class in the 2 hours leading up to a class start time.
