Cacao Ceremony & Healing Sound Bath Womens Circle

We will meet in circle to share the magical spirit of ceremonial cacao before connecting with one another through some heart opening practices and intuitive journalling.   We will then make our cosy nests and lay down to enjoy a nourishing sound bath.

It is a great way to come together in a happy and positive environment, meet new people and have the opportunity to find a moment of peace where the benefits will ripple into all aspects of your life.

What to Bring

✨ Water bottle (keeping hydrated improves the transition of the sound)

✨ A friend! If you know of someone who may benefit from this session as well, please invite them along too!

✨ Something to place on our altar

✨ Your journal + pencil

✨ If you have a special cup to use for the cacao please bring that with you as well

Full props are provided, wear comfortable clothing you can fully relax in and bring anything you need to feel beautiful and be 100% comfortable and snuggly.
