Cacao Ceremony & Healing Sound Bath Women's Circle

Join me in the serene sanctuary that is Yoga at the Lounge for this night of bliss.

We will meet in circle to share the magical spirit of ceremonial cacao before connecting with one another through some heart opening practices and intuitive journalling.   

We will then make our cosy nests and lay down to enjoy a nourishing sound bath.
