Guided by our beautiful Vivien, this session invites you to explore the supportive ptactice of Restorative yoga poses and sound therapy in a harmonious fusion of mind-body alignment.

The night includes a guided moving meditation of gentle restorative yoga poses carefully designed to activate and balance each of the body's seven chakras, or energy centers. Through mindful movement and breath, you'll release tension, restore vitality, and cultivate a sense of inner harmony.

As you surrender into each posture, you will be surrounded by the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, and other sacred instruments. The vibrations resonate through your being, clearing energetic blockages and facilitating a profound sense of alignment and healing on all levels.

Throughout the session, Vivian will offer personalised guidance and support, ensuring that you feel safe, supported, and fully present in the experience. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this event welcomes all levels and backgrounds, inviting you to journey inward.
