It’s divine time to get MOVING, in a conscious, healing & harmonising way with Chakradance! 

Chakradance is a healing movement practice, gifting presence, power & peace to discover  your authentic, true Self. Through conscious movement, you become a dancing prayer creating balance,  raising your vibration and ushering in unity and synergy for your body, mind and spirit. Moving to music specifically created to resonate with each chakra, you are guided into an inner dance of release, re-connection & renewal.

Each session includes free form movement with healing & harmonising music, guided visualisation, meditation and mandala art.

No experience is required, dress comfortably and gift yourself some sacred time together with like minded souls.
