Join us for a relaxing Yoga Nidra session this Tuesday at 6:45 PM. 


Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice designed to bring you into a deep state of relaxation while remaining fully conscious. 


This practice helps release stress, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the body, making it the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary. Bring a mat, a blanket, and an open mind for this soothing evening of rest and renewal.
