Meditation with Kurt

Facilitated by Brother Kurt "The Meditation Mechanic".

Kurt has been facilitating meditation circles for the last 11 years throughout the community.  With a deep passion to assist all walks of life in grasping a greater understanding of themselves mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Kurt gifts a very unique experience in his classes.  Sharing the many teachings that have been passed onto him over the years.  Assisting each student to find new creative ways to apply these helpful tools of awareness in a simple yet practical manner. 

After sharing teachings the class moves into the second half of the night and sits back to enjoy some live sound healing to guide the remainder of the journey.
