Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

This beatiful combination of both restorative yoga and sounds from the crystal bowls will melt away all tense feelings within the body, mind and spirit.  

Come and be bathed in sound, while resting in restorative poses, and enjoy a gentle scalp massage with essential oils, it really is the ultimate experience!!

If you love oracle cards, they will be present on the day too.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow and bolster if you have one. If you dont have any of these items, I can supply them to you for the class.  Also, dont forget your water bottle.
