In this transformative free workshop, we’ll explore the deep connection between the lymphatic system, fascia, pelvic floor, women’s health, and the subconscious mind — and how unresolved emotions and trauma can show up in your body as pain, tension, fatigue, or imbalance. Through gentle movement, education, and guided awareness, you’ll discover how to restore flow, support your pelvic health, and activate your body’s natural healing intelligence.

With over 30 years of experience as a massage therapist (and a former panel beater turned body mechanic!), Greg brings deep expertise in fascia therapy, lymphatic restoration, and pelvic floor support, helping you understand how trauma and tension are stored in the body — and how to release them through mindful touch and movement.
