About the Event

In this practice, Verena combines three distinct meditation techniques—breath, mantra, and visualization—to enhance inner calm, coherence, and overall well-being.

  1. Breath Meditation: The practice begins with a focus on the breath. Participants are encouraged to bring their attention to the natural rhythm of their breath, observing its flow without trying to control it. This helps to anchor the mind in the present moment and cultivate a sense of inner calm and relaxation.
  2. Mantra Practice: Following the breath meditation, Verena introduces a mantra practice. Mantras are sacred sounds, words, or phrases that are repeated silently or aloud during meditation to help focus the mind and evoke specific qualities or states of consciousness. Participants may choose a mantra that resonates with them personally, or Verena may provide one. Through the repetition of the mantra, participants can clear the mind of distractions and cultivate a sense of clarity and coherence.
  3. Guided Visualization: The session concludes with a guided visualization, where participants are led through a journey in their imagination. Verena may invite participants to visualize a peaceful scene or an image that represents their inner health and vitality. Through the power of visualization, participants can tap into the innate healing resources of their mind and body, promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.

By combining these three meditation practices, Verena helps participants cultivate inner calm, clarity, and coherence, while also tapping into the innate health benefits of guided visualization. This holistic approach supports mental, emotional, and physical well-being, promoting a sense of balance and harmony in daily life.
