Sound Bath under the Stars

Turn off the lights, Turn on the stars and tune into the vibrations of sound under the dark sky. 

On the grass, feeling Mother Earth beneath you, staring at the stars or closing your eyes, reconnecting to yourself through a night of meditation and crystal sound bowl healing.

This is a special event, which I hold once every month.  If you can't make this month's keep a look out on my facebook page for the next month's date.  

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:  This month's event my two beautiful friend's, Charlotte & Renae will also be joining me with their very own sound bowls, so it is with great honour that you will be guided by three facilitators at this Sound Bath under the Stars!  How exciting is that - so for anyone who has been to my previous events, this one will be triple the healing power.  PLUS we are all Reiki practitioners, so to finish the event this month we will perform a group Reiki healing to everyone present to finish the night off.  I truely cannot wait! This one is not to be missed.

Bookings ESSENTIAL as there is limited space to only 20 adult tickets.  This event sell's out fast, so be sure to book in quickly!

Bring your water-proof picnic rug to lay on (the grass is still a little damp at night), a sleeping bag or blanket, a beanie, and a pillow, anything that gives you comfort for laying down on the grass in the open air for an hour.

Your children are welcome, so long as you are sure they would lay as quietly as possible for the hour.  Children under 18yrs are automatically free and do not need to register to attend, so long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Sound Bath under the Stars is held in the backyard of a private residence, the address will be sent to you in an email once you have purchased your tickets. It is a Redland Bay residence.

Should their be rainfall expected during the night, I will do my best to continue this event under cover, however if this is not possible or if the rainfall is extremely heavy, the event may need to be cancelled. If this happens, I will reschedule another date and I will be in contact with all ticket holders.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Melinda is a Redland Bay based, certified yoga instructor with specialised training in restorative yoga, womb yoga and feminine yoga, which are designed to balance the nervous system and work with the natural feminine cycle.  Melinda is a natural energy healer, reiki practitioner, sound healer and she is trained in Indian head massage.  She loves to write and is currently working on a short book of journals.  Melinda has regularly facilitated sound healing events, women's circles and restorative yoga retreats.  She believes there is no one way of doing things, so she draws upon her creativity, intuition and past experiences in kundalini dance, movement therapies and self healing to take you on a journey of transformation and growth.  Melinda has the ability to hold space for you through the flow of emotions in a kind, gentle and loving approach.  She is always exploring her conscious self as a mother, partner, teacher and student in life and health.  Melinda believes in cultivating healing and balance through the conscious ability to slow down.  It is her passion to guide women and children to strengthen and trust their own inner knowing.  She offers private sessions and weekly group classes, see www.melindajayneyoga.com.au for more of her offerings.

SPECIAL GUEST FACILITATOR - CHARLOTTE:

Charlotte will greet us with her soft warming presence on this night with me. Charlotte is a sensual soul and beautiful dear friend of mine. She plays her own sound bowls for herself regularly to tune in with the high frequencies and calm her own mind. Charlotte is a Reiki practitioner and a dedicated Young Living essential oils representative who empowers others to live a natural low-tox life.  On this night she will honour us with her natural ability to share her personal sound bowl practice with us all. Charlotte and I will play the bowls together in sequence for the duration of the night. 

SPECIAL GUEST FACILITATOR - RENAE:

Renae has been on a powerful journey through her life on this earth so far and has risen and grown with empathy and compassion for herself. Since her healing journey she has dived into Kundalini Reiki alongside myself and plays her Tibetan bowl to balance her energy field. She will welcome us with her beautiful presence on this night by providing us all with the deep tones of her Tibetan singing bowl at certain intervals of our crystal bowl healings. I seriously am looking forward to having her with us, I’m very for her being here with us.
