Give yourself the gift of pause. This Sunday afternoon immersion is designed to gently recalibrate your nervous system, invite deep rest, and restore inner clarity through the therapeutic power of sound and stillness.

Guided by Luke, an experienced Yoga Teacher and Accredited Yoga Therapist with over seven years of facilitating yoga and meditation, this session blends ancient instruments with therapeutic intention. Luke’s grounded presence and deep understanding of body–mind connection create a nurturing space for reflection and renewal.


Luke was Inspired by the Power Of Sound when he experienced a transformative moment during his yoga therapy training — when the resonance of a gong during savasana stirred something profoundly visceral — Luke has since explored the profound role sound can play in supporting wellbeing.


Expect to be immersed in the tones of:

  • Himalayan, Tibetan & Zen bowls

  • Buffalo drum

  • Chinese Wind Gong

  • Wind chimes

  • Shakers and rattles


This is not a performance, but a spacious sensory experience — a meditative sound journey to support rest, integration, and a return to your centre.

  • Yoga mat

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Blanket, cushion, or eye pillow for extra comfort
