Sound Immersion Journey with James

Guided by James, a Massage Therapist and Sound Healer with a deep understanding of the body–mind connection, this sound immersion is a gentle yet powerful invitation to slow down, soften, and reset your nervous system. Drawing on his extensive travels in Asia and South America, James weaves ancient sound practices with therapeutic intention to create a deeply restorative experience.

James’ connection to sound began through his healing journey, where the resonance of vibration revealed its profound ability to calm the body, quiet the mind, and support emotional integration. Since then, he has explored how sound and frequency can guide the body into states of deep rest and inner balance.

You’ll be immersed in the healing tones of:

• Himalayan, Tibetan & Zen bowls

• Buffalo drum

• Wind chimes

• Shakers and rattles

This is not a performance, but a spacious, meditative sound journey — allowing the nervous system to unwind, the mind to settle, and the body to return to its natural rhythm.
