Friday Night: Nervous System Reset – Rest & Sound
Friday night is an invitation to let go.
This deeply restful Yoga for the Nervous System experience is designed to help your body release the week and settle into true rest. Through gentle breathwork, fully supported restorative yoga poses, and a soothing sound bath, your nervous system is guided out of stress and into ease.
This is not a physical or effort-based class. You will be supported with props, invited to lie down, and guided into deep relaxation. No prior yoga experience is needed.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, calm, and restored — ready to move into the weekend with more ease and clarity.
What to Expect
