About the Event
Mum's n Bub's Yoga - Weekly Classes
For mothers with a 12 week old baby, until your baby has reached the age of 12 months.
Each Thursday we offer time for you to connect and bond with your baby. Â Â This is a 1 hour class designed to fill your cup up and provide you with a beautiful community of other mummies.
THE BENEFITS:

- Strengthening your core and pelvic floor
- Help to slowly build your strength back up
- Creating a stronger bond between yourself and baby

- Calms the nervous system and helps to promote better sleep
- Relieve postpartum depression through light exercise and socialising

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
After birth new mothers will require 12 weeks of rest prior to attending our classes. Â This allows for any healing within the body to take place from the birth, whether you have given birth naturally or by caesarean. We will only accept mothers who have received a medical check-up and received approval from your health care providers.

Each class will offer you a mixture of the following practices to support your journey:

- Share Circle to connect with other new mummies
- Different practices to create a connection and help you bond with your baby
- Oracle Cards & Journalling
- Take Home Exercises to Practice
- Meditation
- RefreshmentsÂ
- Facebook Group to interact with other mums you meet in class and keep you connected with your yoga teacher and our two midwives from @baysidebirthedandbeyond
YOGA PRICING PACKAGES:
Individual classes are $35 or we have a 3 class package for $100 and a 6 class package for $195. If you purchased a Pregnancy Yoga package with us previously and still have some left to use, these can be used in our Mum's n Bub's classes.
FIRST CLASS:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class as we require you to complete a form prior to class attendance. Â Bring with you a water bottle and anything you feel you would like to ensure you and your baby are comfortable. Â We have floor pillows, blankets and bolsters.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We are located up a long set of stairs. Â Please bring something comfortable for baby to sleep in if needed, which is portable and easy to carry up and down the stairs. Â
