Rebecca's Vin Yin Class offers the perfect balance of movement and stillness. She'll guide you through a slow, active Vinyasa flow in the first half to build warmth and energy, followed by calming Yin postures in the second half to release tension and promote deep relaxation. A Vin Yin Class is a yoga practice that combines the dynamic, flowing movements of Vinyasa yoga with the deep, meditative stretches of Yin yoga. Vinyasa: The class typically begins with a more active Vinyasa sequence, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and fluid movement through breath-synchronized poses. Yin: The second half shifts into Yin yoga, where poses are held passively for longer periods (2–5 minutes) to target deeper connective tissues, improve flexibility, and encourage relaxation. This blend offers a balanced practice, merging effort and ease, making it ideal for those seeking both activity and restoration in their yoga experience.
