Meet Your Teachers
Yoga Teacher, Sound & Reiki Healer
& Caretaker of The Lounge
Gentle Hatha, Restorative, Visualisation
I discovered yoga after a self-healing spiritual journey when I was moving through big change and challenges in life.
Following my intuition, I began teaching yoga in 2018 and since then I found myself enrolling into specialised yoga teachings for women, fertility, sensuality and womb healing. The energetics behind yoga and where this can take us is my love.
My passion is holding a sacred space to slow down and re-connect to self. I use visualisation, relaxation, sound and soft movement to allow restoration into the nervous system. I remind you - you are your own healer.
I love the beach, the sun, walking through the mountains and exploring new area's of our beautiful state and northern nsw.
You can join Melinda on Monday mornings & Monday nights in yoga. Melinda also offers Healing Appointments, 1:1 Yoga & regular events at The Lounge
Meditation Teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, Shamanic Healer & Coach
Meditation is what set me on my spiritual path. I was in my early 20s at the time, (20yrs ago now). I'd climbed my way to management level in my career, bought a house, gotten married and was consumed with the idea of becoming a mother. I had been on the IVF path for many years and it was suggested to me to try meditation.
I booked into a 10 week beginners meditation class; absolutely loved it and never looked back. I later trained in a healing modality as a Biodinamic Craniosacral Therapist, had babies and left the corporate world behind.
I now work full time as a life coach, psychic/medium healer. I regularly run self development circles, workshop and retreats. My passion is in energy work, embodiment practices, womb and priestess rituals and teachings. I get great fulfillment in encouraging humans to live an empowered, authentic, joyous life with flow and ease.
You can join Megan in Meditation on Wednesday mornings. Megan also offers Appointments in Shamanic Healing, Craniosacral Therapy & Coaching at The Lounge
Vin Yin, Shamanic Drumming, Chanting
As a humanitarian at heart and devotee to the ancient path of Yoga, I have been in sacred service to self and the collective, as an Angel of movement, wisdom & compassion for a couple of divine decades.
Dedicated to living 'life as a ceremony', I encourage personal and collective connection, healing and transformation in order to live and love more consciously, mindfully and magically, both on and off the mat.
My classes are offered in a held, safe and supportive space, welcoming a deep and delicious dive into all 4 subtle bodies (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). Merging beautiful music with the movement of breath and body, our journey together will cultivate enhanced presence to the 'here and now' moment, compassion, connection, courage and calm.
With deep respect & reverence to our Earth Mother and all sentient be-ings, I LOVE exploring natures bounty as well as painting, laughing, changing, dancing, spontaneous adventures and most reverently, my own personal Sadhana.
Together, we shall uncover and discover all of the eternal beauty and treasure that lies within...as one UNIFIED heart light guiding each other 'home'.

Slow Flow, Yin, Nidra, Restorative & Kundalini
Yoga found me at a time where I was searching for answers. There was a deep call within me to heal my mind, my body, and my soul.
Yoga has not only changed my life, it has saved my life and has kept me afloat during difficult and challenging times.
I have been a yoga teacher since 2008 and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
When I teach I like students to find connection, not just to the body, but to the wholeness within. My classes have a sense of flow, and at the same time create space, awareness and strength through breath, movement, asana and rest.
I have a background in art therapy and massage.

Hatha & Kundalini
I have been practicing yoga for more years than I care to remember but it was the passing of my dear father in 2019 that launched me on this wonderful journey of teaching it.
My teaching style is based on Hatha and Kundalini yoga philosophies and teachings, mixed with western science and research. I teach by intuition and to the needs of the class. Yoga is for every body, all shapes, sizes and abilities and it is a privilege to help guide others on how to support themselves and their bodies throughout their practice.
I love all aspects of asana, kryia, pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation that we call yoga and am passionate about using these valuable tools to support women’s health. It’s truely amazing to watch how these amazing therapies can help women to move through their stages of maiden, goddess and wild wise woman to the esteemed crone, with ease and grace.
When not studying or teaching yoga, I love to spend time with my grandchildren, walking my dogs, chilling at Straddie, gardening, cooking and hiking (especially multi day hikes!)

Vinyasa Flow, Meditation & Sound
I began my first Asana practise in my early 20s where I started on the path of self-discovery.
I am passionate about the benefits of a consistent Asana practise and how it allows my physical body to open and expand.
In this expanded space throughout my classes when teaching I guide you to connect with your breath where awareness can be cultivated on more subtle levels. This allows you to find peace in postures where yin and yang energies are able to harmonize within the body.
Outside of the yoga room I am experienced in space holding for individuals who are wanting to awaken from lower vibrational patterns which allows them to connect with themselves on deeper level, towards their divinity.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow & Meditation
I have been practicing yoga on and off since my teenage years. It’s been the one constant thing I keep coming back to.
Yoga has become part of my lifestyle and has taught me that asana practice is just the tip of the iceberg.
Ive been teaching yoga since 2014 and it's been one of the best things I have ever done.
My style of teaching is suitable for all levels, I take into consideration each individuals needs and abilities. I am a big believer that yoga is for everybody, regardless of their age, physical fitness or flexibility.
I love gardening, reading, boating, going to the beach, spending time with my family and my Great Dane x rescue girl.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow
I started yoga to heal the connection between my body and mind and have been practicing for many years.
Yoga has completely changed my life. It always gives me exactly what I need. Not a day goes by that I don’t practice yoga and meditation.
I have been teaching yoga since 2017 when I leapt into the opportunity while living in America.
Students can expect to flow gently with their breath in my class, and move in a way that connects them deeper into themselves, with mindfulness in action.
I also use the same foundational teachings of yoga out in the world where I help owners train and bond with their psychiatric assistance dogs.
